Cultural Resources Consulate Directory This website gives a directory of the Consulates and Embassies in the United States. The Embassy websites offer great information about cultural and travel information for their countries. This school, in Gaithersburg, has a Russian program for school age children. Families for Russian and Ukrainian Adoption This is the National FRUA website, featuring "FRUA Chat" a chat board for topics about Eastern European adoption. The Eastern European Adoption Coalition EEAC sponsors many listservs for adoptive families. Adoption Information Institute The Institute for Adoption Information, Inc., is a nonprofit organization of adoptees, birth parents, adoptive parents, adoption professionals and others who have united to enhance the understanding of adoption and to advocate for balanced, accurate coverage of adoption in news and entertainment media.
