MOMS Club Guests may attend two (2) business meetings before deciding to join.

At MOMS Club of Suffolk-IOW, we strive to include a variety of activities on our monthly calendar. A typical month may include the following activities:

• Monthly business meeting, which includes either a guest speaker or discussion topic
• Playgroups at members' homes
• Party day to celebrate birthdays of MOMS Club members and their children
• Craft day
• Kids in the Kitchen
• Mom's Night Out
• Outings to local parks, museums, malls, libraries, and churches
