The YMCA of Portsmouth began as an organization dedicated to Christian principles and service and we continue that commitment today through programs that help build a healthy spirit, mind, and body for all.

The YMCA of Portsmouth is a non-profit, charitable organization that offers programs and memberships to all people regardless of race, sex, religion or ability to pay. We regularly offer financial assistance to anyone in need so that all may participate n our programs. We welcome use of our facility to all visiting YMCA cardholders for a nominal fee and invite you to tour our facility and receive additional information on schedules, programs, and financial assistance information.
