2012 will usher in our opening schedule for 150th anniversary events. Over the next four years our events will feature critical scenarios that changed the outcome of the war's battles.

Reenact history at the boyhood home of General J.E.B. Stuart. Activities include Saturday night dance, music, lectures, Artillery, Cavalry and Infantry demonstrations. Battles both days, with a separate cavalry battle on Saturday. Sunday morning church service, and military demonstrations. Amenities include firewood, straw, and water. Confederate and civilian registration is $7.00 with children 12 and under free. Registration deadline is September 1, 2011. Walk-on registration is $10. For units willing to galvanize federal 1 day registration is $5.00. Federal both days is free. A $25 bounty will be paid for the first 4 Federal infantry companies with 20 men, $150.00 bounty to the 1st battalion of federal troops that fields 100 men both days. Bounties of $100.00 each paid to the first 10 cannons registered.
