"Making Hampton Roads a better place to live."

Sunday, September 7, 2008 starting at noon

HROC invites you to celebrate the 20th Anniversary of Hampton Roads Pride's "Out in the Park" at Chesapeake City Park. Starting at Noon, Sunday, September 7, 2008.

Hosted by the lovely Diana Ross, with entertainment by: Narissa Bond, That Girl Band, The Calypso Nuts, Seasonscollide, Matt Insley, The Pride Idol Finalists, Hampton Road’s premiere drag divas, and the Rock Star Brothers.

HROC, YOUR Community Center will be there. Be a fabulous HROC'er!!! We will have free face painting for kids of all ages... break out your inner drag in our transformation booth. Just $5.00 for your souvenir picture...or just become the caricature (via our artist) you have always known was within you. A paultry $15 for b&w and a measly $20 for a color rendition. All proceeds go to building YOUR Community Center and making Hampton Roads a better place to live.

Join HROC for a fun night. Learn about some exciting things HROC has planned for the upcoming year. Bring your friends and bring your check book. The ownership of Skips graciously donates a percentage of the evening's business to HROC.
