Dear VCRA Members,

I hope all of you are doing well both personally and professionally.

I am sad to announce, Cindy Pulaski-Smith, has resigned from her position as President, effective April 8, 2008. The Executive Board would like to thank Cindy for her outstanding leadership, and we wish her well.

After several discussions with the Executive Board and a careful review of the bylaws, I have decided, as President-Elect to fulfill the role of President. I look forward to working with the Executive Board and making the transition from President-Elect to President as uneventful as possible.

I would like to thank the Executive Board members for their support, and I look forward to serving the members of the VCRA to the best of my ability.
