Welcome to Cub Scout Pack 717 in Barre, VT

Pack 717 invites boys in the 1st through 5th grades to join Cub Scouting. Boys can join at any time during the year. We encourage parents to help out in any way they can.

Cub Scout Pack 717 is located in Barre, VT. We are part of the Green Mountain Council BSA, Long Trail District. We meet several times a month. Meetings are usually at our charter organization, Barre Congregational Church.

Activities include fitness and physical activities, family activities, community service projects, outdoor activities including hiking, camping, fun competitions such as the pine wood derby and space derby, and visits to interesting places. See our Events and Activities for more information on upcoming meetings and events.

PACK CAMPOUT - KETTLE POND RESERVATIONS HAVE BEEN MADE!
- EVENT DATE: AUGUST 14TH-16TH
- Cost = $4.00 per person per night.
- PAYMENT MUST BE MADE IN ADVANCE
- Payment due August 1st to Tim Barre
- Cash or checks are accepted. please make checks payable to 'Cub Scout Pack 717'.
- Arrive on Friday evening for some fun and relaxation.
- Note: Friday night IS optional...but gives you relaxation time on Saturday.
- Leave on Sunday morning after a hearty breakfast!
- Lean-tos are available; First-come, first serve on sites.

- Then you can relax and enjoy the day on Saturday after you've set up!
