Paul's Ride

Our chapter of the Red Knights has dedicated itself to raising money to help offset the expenses families inccur while battling cancer.

In 2001, we held our first Paul's Ride.

Paul's Ride is dedicated to the late Paul McAuliffe and his courageous battle against cancer. A battle that Paul was unable to win.

Each year, Vermont II sponsors Paul's Ride. We take the proceeds of the ride and purchase pre-paid gasoline cards. These cards are then taken to hospitals in Brattleboro, Bennington and Springfield, Vermont. The cards are then distributed to patients by the cancer centers at the hospitals.

Paul's Ride is open to all licensed motorcyclists and we welcome all other motorcycle organizations to participate. For 2009, Paul's Ride is scheduled for Saturday, June 27, 2009.

Paul's Ride starts and finishes at the Brattleboro Fire Departments's Station 2 in West Brattleboro, Vermont, off Western Avenue (Route 9). Registration starts at 9:00am.
