Programs and Projects:
Safeline offers high-quality programming that is grounded in a philosophy of empowerment and is reflective of national best practices. Safeline provides a wide array of free and confidential services located under one roof, including:
  • A 24/7 hotline (1-800-NEWSAFE, 1-800-639-7233)
  • Crisis support
  • Safety planning
  • Legal advocacy for criminal and civil actions related to domestic and/or sexual violence
  • Medical advocacy, including 24-hour access to accompaniment for a sexual assault exam
  • Economic advocacy, including assistance in navigating public assistance and other benefit systems as well as financial literacy seminars
  • Referrals to temporary emergency housing in times of crisis
In addition to providing direct services, Safeline offers prevention education activities, media resources, and training curricula.
