CIRCLE REPORTING FORM PROCEDURES
A Reminder To all Circle Treasures and Chairs:
As a general rule, all funds are reported to the ACC Office.
The following funds are sent directly to the ACC Office:
• Memorial Donations
• Endowment Fund
The following funds are collected by the sponsoring Circle and submitted to the ACC Office with a Circle Reporting Form:
• Dues (Due on or before November 30th)
• Calendar (Due on or before January 31st)
• Raffle Tickets
• Spring Luncheon
• Holiday Fund Cash Donations
• Circle Projects (Labor of Love, Flower Sale, Fashion Show, Entertainment Book Sale etc…)
• In-Kind Donations
