About us
Greetings from Seattle, WA!
We are a Brownie and Junior Girl Scout Troop accessible to girls who are Deaf, Deaf-Blind, Hard of hearing, and those who all use American Sign Language to communicate. Since all of us live in the surrounding areas, we meet at a central location in Seattle.
Here we will post updates on what our troop is doing, learning and exploring. There are also troop and local deaf community announcements. Any questions please feel free to 'contact us'.
We love to make new friends!

Spring Update
Our next gathering is for Earth Day Community Service at Camp River Ranch from 9am-2pm, on Saturday, April 19th When you drop off your daughter, we will need a signed permission slip before you leave.

Please see our Deaf Community Events Page for a list of Activities for the girls, and possibly your whole family.

Rainy Day Activity?
Looking for something for your daughter to do this summer? She can work on her badges from her book, or attend some fun events. Check out the rest of our page for more info.
  Deaf Community Upcoming Events
please see Deaf Community Events page for more events and for more information about these Events listed

Cookie Totals!
Congrats to Troop #50919!! We sold ~700 boxes of cookies! Hope you're ready to go do some gymnastics!! The girls voted back in January that they wanted to go to a Gymnastics Overnight event with the money they earned from selling cookies! Thank you so much to all the parents who helped their girls sell! Thank you to the Deaf Community Event Organizers who let us sell at the events! This was our third year out in the community selling, we greatly appreciate the support!
Fun spring Ideas for your girls
Spring cleaning? There are many groups looking for volunteers to help with the food banks and clothing drives as our community starts preparing for the summer months ahead. Even better, see if your family and friends can help out as well.

On Saturday, April 21st, 2007, Troop #919 went to Rock Climbing with our cookie money all the girls earned. The girls had a blast! Since it was such a nice day, the girls were able to go outside and climb the 40 foot wall out there.
