MOPPETS
Your children will be lovingly cared for in our MOPPETS program which is staffed by trained teachers and volunteers. During the MOPS meetings, your child will enjoy carefully planned activities based on their age group. The children are able to grow socially and creatively while interacting with other children. Kids love MOPPETS as much as mothers love MOPS!

Child registration is required for the MOPPETS program to ensure the safety of our precious little ones. To speed up the process during your first MOPS morning you can download and complete the registration form. Forms will also be available at check-in.

Sick Child Guidelines

Please do not bring a child to MOPPETS who has:

a temperature of 100 degrees or higher within the last 24 hours
vomited or has had diarrhea within the last 24 hours
a runny nose with green or yellow mucus
been exposed to a contagious condition (chicken pox, head lice, pink eye, etc.)

Please secure a note from your child's doctor if he/she has a chronic condition such as allergic rhinitis, which is not contagious but may resemble a cold or infection. If your child is being treated for an infection, he/she should be on antibiotics for 24 hours before returning to MOPPETS.

No medication of any kind will be administered by a caregiver. If your child needs a medication, it must be kept and administered when needed by the mom. Please keep in mind that bringing your sick child to a MOPS meeting may jeopardize the health of others and put your child at risk of developing additional symptoms. Remember the Golden Rule of "Sick Day Decisions". If another child had the same symptoms, would you be glad to have him/her sitting next to your child?

Diapering

In our MOPPETS program, we have a designated "diaper changer" who takes care of all diapering during MOPS, for the comfort and safety of your child(ren). That said, there is only one of her to several little ones in diapers at any one given time, so when you go to pick up your child(ren) be sure to check in with the worker to see if your child has been changed or needs to be. Thank you in advance for your understanding and support of this policy!
