WELCOME TO ST PETER'S CHILDREN'S DEPARTMENT,
an accepting, nurturing place for your child to learn about God's love.
ST PETER'S offers programs for all ages, from infancy on, including:

• first-quality infant nursery staffed by a mature, loving caregiver

• drop-in weekday morning daycare for our toddlers and preschoolers run by a registered nurse

• Children's Hour every Sunday morning to nurture your child in the Faith

• Kids' Club Bible activities Wednesday evenings

• Acolyting opportunities to teach the beauty of worship

• Blue Angels Chime Choir

• Christmas Pageant

• Easter Egg Hunt

• Other celebrations to mark the Christian year

This summer the church was packed with little ones on a "Friendship Trek" through the woods surrounding St. Peter's! "Friendship Trek" was the theme of our VBS program, held the first week of August right after Sunday in the Park. As we trekked from site to site, we learned about the LOVE OF JESUS, our FOREVER FRIEND,in a deep and personal way through happy forest creatures:

• Raya Raccoon taught us that Friends Reach Out

• Honey Bear taught us that Friends Love

• Baldwin Eagle taught us that Friends Give Good Gifts

• Buddy Porcupine taught us that Friends Care

• Rocky Ram taught us that Friends Share

We look forward to next year's VBS, "Veggie Tales!" Be sure to plan ahead for this exciting program, which will be held in late July or early August.
