• To help bring fun activities like assembly’s and field trips to the students.

• And with a PTA membership you can enjoy a member discount to events like BINGO Night and Family Night.

• No time to volunteer? We understand. However, by joining the PTA your dues goes a long way in helping to fund PTA events. So simply by joining you are volunteering.

“I don’t want to be called throughout the year to help at events”

• No problem. Simply check the “MEMBER ONLY” box located on the bottom of the registration form. Why not? So you have decided to join the PTA…..Now what?

Have a hidden talent you’re ready to share? We would love the help! Anything from counting Box Tops and Campbell’s labels, adding up IGA receipts, to setting up for Winter Wonderland. Many hands make light work. Check out some of the events on the bottom of the registration form. Mark one (or ALL !) that you are interested in helping out with and a few weeks before the event a PTA board member will contact you.

So now that you have all the information about the Elger Bay PTA please take a minute and fill out the attached form and return it to school with your student. We look forward to making the 2009-2010 school year the best ever! And with over 800 parents, I know we can make this the best volunteer year too!
