MOPPETS
Your children will be lovingly cared for in our MOPPETS program which is staffed by trained teachers and volunteers. During the MOPS meetings, your child will enjoy carefully planned activities based on their age group. The children are able to grow socially and creatively while interacting with other children. Kids love MOPPETS as much as mothers love MOPS!

Well Child Policy

We care about your child's physical health! We have several practices in place to reduce the spread of germs and promote a healthy environment for the children. Volunteers are encouraged to wash their hands frequently. They are also asked to wash their hands before serving snacks or preparing bottles, and after changing diapers, etc. Children's hands are washed or a hand sanitizer is used before eating and after using the bathroom. Equipment and toys are washed and disinfected weekly. Surfaces such as tables are disinfected as needed during use.

We cannot accept a child who exhibits the following signs of illness within the past 24 hours:

Fever of 99 degrees F. or higher
    Uncontrolled coughing, sneezing
    Unexplained wheezing
    Vomiting or diarrhea
    Inflamed mouth or throat
    Unexplained rash
    Head lice
    Conjunctivitis
Excessive colored nasal discharge, indicating possible infection

If your child shows signs of illness they will not be accepted at childcare for that week. Thank you for working with us to make MOPPETS a safe, healthy environment.
