| GFWC Valley Volunteers is a volunteer womenís club that is affiliated with the General Federation of Womenís Clubs.|
Our meetings are held the second Saturday of each month from 10am to noon. Our meetings are held at the Ryan House Museum, 1228 Main Street, Sumner Washington. Augustís meeting is a planning meeting. Decemberís meeting is a Christmas Party and the May meeting is a Spring Dinner or Buffet.
Most meetings have a featured speaker, refreshments and then business. Board members and chairpersons deliver their reports on community service projects during the business portion of the meeting. The monthly informational newsletter is emailed prior to each meeting to provide information on upcoming events.
Community service projects and education are the main focus of the club, but the social events (holiday party, end of the year dinner, etc.) allow members to network with new members and reconnect with current members.
Membership is open to all women. Prospective members attend a regular meeting as a guest and we welcome all new members!! Once an individual decides that they would like to be a member, they pay the annual dues of $40,
