GFWC Battle Ground will hosted the program “In Her Shoes”, presented by Cecily Griffus of the YWCA. The program presents domestic violence scenarios, in an interactive format. The purpose of the program is to educate participants on the many faces of domestic violence, asking the participant “what would you do if you were in this situation?” The program is scheduled for September 27, 2012, at the Prince of Peace Lutheran Church. Other Southwest Washington GFWC clubs are invited, but we will need a head count by September 13, to allow for adequate materials and preparation. Please e-mail Terry Grendahl at email@example.com, if you or your club is interested in participating.
