IWRA SAFETY CODE Safety is very important with any rocket. Water Rockets in particular are not toys. A pressurized water rocket can store huge amounts of energy and fly hundreds of miles per hour. They can suddenly burst, or injure bystanders if they don't stand at a safe distance from the rocket. Because of this, children should never be allowed to launch water rockets without constant adult supervision. Rockets can be safe but only when everyone understands and abides by safe behavior. Follow the link marked " Safety Code" (Upper Left) to view the official IWRA safety code adapted on March 2007. Revised: 03.17.2007. |
IWRA YAHOO FORUM The IWRA Yahoo Forum is a private forum for internal discussions of the association and is being used for voting purposes by using the polling feature of the forum. Members are asked to join the forum at the time of joining the IWRA so that they can be fully involved in the association. Along with the IWRA Forum this public site has the draft proposals, voting materials listed plus general information of the workings of the association to keep the general public informed.
