RENTAL RATES

  • ALL RENTALS ARE 4 HR MINIMUM
  • $50 per hour Monday-Thursday
  • $55 per hour Fridays
  • $65 per hour Saturday and Sunday
  • $200 refundable cleaning deposit
  • Set-up and clean-up are part of rental period
  • Janitorial service available at extra cost

NOTES

  • Clubhouse is available daily from 8 AM to 11 PM by prepaid reservation
  • Capacity for parties: 75 guests w/tables
  • Capacity for theatre-style events: 85 guests
  • No dishes or coffee service is available
  • Facility does NOT have audio-visual equipment, projector, or screens
  • Facility does NOT have internet service, dishes or a telephone
