Maeglin Lómion- the ultimate first age elf
And this dark elf brought a well needed spark in my life with introducing me to the elves of the Silmarillion (Property of Master Tolkien)and to his life time friend LITHONION who became my master muse.
Thanks to all those support me with their input, with their ideas. Especially to the elves and ladies of THE LAST FORTRESS.

Who is that elf?
Maeglin’s life began at b. 320 F.A. in the forest of Nan Elmoth. He was the son of Eöl and Aredhel. Since Eöl hated the Noldor, Maeglin (keen sight) was named in Sindarin, but Aredhel gave Maeglin the name Lómion (Son of the Twilight), which was Quenya. She did this in secret.He died 190 years later in Gondolin. Maeglin had caused the destruction of the white city. He is a character out of the Silmarillion of J.R.R Tolkien.
Maeglin as I describe him in my stories still belongs to Master Tolkien and not to me. I gave him just a second chance and some fictional life in Nan Elmoth and Gondolin
These stories are fanfiction. Yes, you knew that already. So far so good. What I wanted to tell you is, that you have entered a new universe.
You will not only find stories about Maeglin, there are many other elves too especially Lithonion. I have created my own little world. You will stumble over one elf in one ficlet and find a whole novel about him on another part of the site.
If your read the "Nan Elmoth Diaries" you will meet elves that also play an important part in stories like "The Guard" and "About Saelbeth"...
Most of the stories are connected or at least the elves are. This does not mean that you have to read each ficlet to understand WHO is WHO.
Now go and dive into the world of Maeglin and his family, friends and foes, his lovers and his enemies...
I hope you enjoy this universe with so many elves and their unique world.
I do try to put into most of the stories something that makes it more believable, authentical. I can not see an elf sitting on a tree in a rocking chair having a cup of icecream and listening to music from a gettho blaster.
I try to stay close with many ideas of Master Tolkien. And therefore I see them, the elves, living in an ancient civilsation...otherwise I do not understand why they still use bow and arrow but have a TV at home...I guess you know what I mean :)
