The revision to the proposed Briarcliff Revival clustered housing project, as amended per order of the Hearing Examiner. Primary revision: each lot's building envelope, shown on this exhibit by the dashed line area within each clustered home lot, now showing revised setbacks from lot lines. On this exhibit, North is to the right.


Lot Sizes Exhibit (SEATTLE DPD 02DEC2005)

Note the above exhibit is detail of page C10 of 11, as submitted.

The major change resulting from lot setback adjustment includes four lots proposed larger, and seven smaller.
In decending order (ie, largest change first), lots that are now proposed as larger include lots 2, 39, 1 and 21. Lots that are proposed smaller include lots 19, 18, 17, 31, 20, 6 and 30.
