Proposed subdivision plan as originally submitted to the City of Seattle by Lexington Fine Homes of Bellevue for development of 3901 West Dravus Street. For reference, West Dravus is the street at the bottom of the drawing, and the left side is east.

The entire area is currently zoned 5000. So, for example, a lot sized 3,309 in the table below is 66.2% the size of a typical Magnolia 5000 square foot lot; ie, one-third smaller. Those lots smaller than current zone are shown with asterisk -- 26 of the 39 lots, or two-thirds of the lots. Most lots are now smaller than originally proposed.
