Question:
Is Restaurant.com is legitmate?
After I have purchased the Gift Certificate, will the restaurant say I can't use the discount or require certain conditions?
After purchasing the gift certificate online, can you print it out right away?
I really want to try it, but want reassurance first!
A:The links and resources have been reviewed before we post them on the website.
(Always read the fine print, consider the use of a "spam email address",
and evaluate the offer for yourself -first!)
Once you find a restaurant you want to visit, read the guidelines of the certificate (for exclusions & conditions) as these vary, -- before you buy.
For example, most are not valid on holidays, etc.
Also, take note of what you can use the certificate for (some exclude alcohol, gratuity, etc.).
Take note of the amount you have to purchase to receive the certificate discount ($10 off the purchase of $30 in food, etc.)
You can view these guidelines before you purchase the certificate.
Certificates are valid for one year from purchase.
If for some reason the restaurant decides to discontinue acceptance of the certificate, Restaurant.com
will email you and offer you a credit for the purchase price.
You can purchase the gift certificate using your credit card or PayPal.com.
Register at Restaurant.com's website to receive frequent savings codes via email.
Codes offering up to 80% off of the gift certificate price will increase your savings.
For example, If the price of your certificate is $10, and you use a 70% off coupon code, you will only pay $3.
Enter that code in the coupon code box and your total will reflect the discount.
After you have purchased the gift certificate, they email you to confirm the purchase.
You can then return to the website and print your certificate.
Gift certificates make great gifts! You can also give a gift of credit to the site for a gift,
and the recipient can choose their own certificate.
