When you are expecting or have twins or more you face unique challenges and rewarding joys that many families have already experienced. North Seattle Families of Multiples (NSFOM) welcomes you to share in their understanding and support of having twins, triplets or higher order multiples.

• Our Year One Program connects new parents of multiples through meetings and speaker events twice a month. (Prospective members are welcome to attend.)
• Parenting support for older children can be found through our speaker events, Ages & Stages meetings, online discussion groups, and more.
• NSFOM organizes to directly support families by delivering meals to families with newborn babies, bedresting moms, etc. and we sponsor a preemie "loaner closet".
• Our members-only website provides a forum for questions, advice, selling and buying items from members, and more.
• Members enjoy early shopping privileges at the huge Clothing and Gear Sales held each fall and spring. Members can also sell at the sale.
• Our volunteers organize fun family events with food, and games to celebrate the seasons of Halloween, Easter, summertime and more…
