Year One is for parents of multiples in the first year.

Meet other parents of newborn multiples and learn from each other as you navigate the first year with multiples. Expect a mix of socializing, educational speaker topics, and emotional support.

An SFOM parent facilitates the meetings, and we mix it up with speaker events and time to socialize and share the challenges and joys of the first year. Pre-crawling infants welcomed, and older siblings are welcome on designated "playdate" Saturdays.

Meetings are held at Phinney Ridge Lutheran Church in the Tree of Life room approximately twice a month. Expectant parents are encouraged to attend one or more times making it easier to come back with new babies in tow.

The group is entirely drop-in and no pre-registration is required.

The Year One Program is open to prospective and current SFOM members free of charge with only a small donation requested.

Parking is easy and stroller-friendly. Signs will guide you to the room.
