- Name: The name your main character will have on the West coast server
- Email: Your email adress and do you mind if it is shown in the roster area?
- Weapon: what weapons will you use most in PS
- Armor: What type of armor will your main character specialize in?
- Main Skills: What do you think you're best at? (Piloting, assaulting, sniping, driving, gunner positions, Support, Medic, Engineer, ect.)
- Leadership:How good of a leader do you think you are?
- Skills with Graphics and/or Websites: I am currently looking for people skilled people to help be with the site and banners and such.
