Hello! Welcome to . . . Broken Walls Christian Community

Our name comes from Ephesians 2:14 –
For Christ has broken down the walls that kept us separated.
Each person is special and unique; each person has particular gifts. We hope to identify, claim, and employ the gifts of each person in our circle.
We are all on a journey, none of us has arrived; we must trust Grace to lead us in the right direction.
Broken Walls has been graced to do ministry with persons who are mentally challenged since 1993. Our pastors are eager to assist other congregations in their pursuit of similar ministries.
Two Sundays of the month we meet at the Milwaukee Christian Center [MCC],
2139 W. Greenfield Ave.
(Enter from parking lot on east side of building.)
1st and 3rd Sundays of each month at 10:00 am, MCC
Worship with Persons Who
Happen to be Mentally Challenged
followed by social time and refreshments
2nd Sunday of the month at
10:00 am, United House, 2500 West Center.
Worship with residents of United House. United House is a ministry of the United Church located at 26th & Hadley, the Rev. E. Jones, Pastor.
4th Sunday of the month
at 10:00 am
Worship at Highland Heights Nursing Home, 3216 W. Highland Avenue.
5th Sundays – time and place TBA
Staff meets to reflect and plan
Men's Group – meets the 2nd and 4th Mondays of each month at 6:00 pm.
Writers' Group – meets monthly
Bible Study - meeting day and time is irregular. Please contact us for the next regular session.

Our professional church leaders are the Reverends David and Lo-Ann Trembley. Both are graduates of The Chicago Theological Seminary and ordained clergy within the American Baptist Churches, USA.
