CHARGES FILED IN JUNEAU COUNTY!
As reported on channel 27, WKOW TV News, Madison(03/23/06).
"Three Juneau County residents face dozens of charges for mistreating animals, and they were the people who were supposed to care for the animals. June Kline, Michelle Ott, and Lynn Rittenhouse ran the now-defunct humane society for Juneau County.
On Tuesday, the Juneau County District Attorney's office filed 48 animal neglect charges against each of three former executive board members. All former board members are scheduled for an initial appearance in Juneau County court on April 17...."

Hello everyone. This site update has been long over due and I must apologize for that. Justice 4 Halfpint has gone through some changes but some of us are still here working very hard behind the scenes. You will see many up dates we have been working on the past few months. We are pushing even harder, with the recent stories that have appeared in the News Papers and T.V. about Animal Abuse and Neglect now more then ever we must use our voices to speak up for the animals Of Wisconsin and the need for the Justice 4 Halfpint Bill. My name is Jan Bessel
and I am one of the Co/founders of Justice 4 Halfpint. After a
conversation with Rep. Albers about a week ago sheryl informed us
that you would take the justice 4 Halfpint bill to the
floor. Is this correct?? I will be sending you an updated
packet on Justice 4 Halfpint to your office in Madison today.
Is there anything more we can do or is there anymore
information you made need?? I have Cced Jenny Brown from the
HSUS with whom I have been working with on this.
In the packet is a Draft potential Legislation for the bill
but it has been suggested some of the wording be changed
Jenny and myself would like to help you with this so the
bill will pass this coming session. I would be willing to take
a meeting if it would help.

God Our Heavenly Father, You created the world to serve humanity's needs and to lead them to You. By our own fault we have lost the beautiful relationship which we once had with all your creation. Help us to see that by restoring our relationship with You we will also restore it with all Your creation.
