SOMETHING TO THINK ABOUT
In our first meeting in 1997, Kit Vernon from Blue Horse Advertising talked about some of the pros of advertising:

You as the creator like to see your work anywhere, especially on T.V.

A feeling of glamour and sense of magic.

The most fun you can have with all your clothes on (fast paced and never a dull moment)

Always on the edge of something new and innovative.

One of the few businesses where people pay you to “be creative.”

Has jobs for a wide-range of personality and intelligence types.

Intelligence/cleverness of people you work with.

Co-workers are rarely boring. They expect work to be fun.

A constant flow of action.

The ability to work with different businesses and industries and not just one employer. This allows more flexibility.

Positive high pressure and stress that causes your creative juices to flow even faster.

If or once you make it to the top of that ladder, the pay is very good.

Highly competitive environment which gives you the drive to come up with that deal-closing idea.
