The Meritorious service award is given to present or past WS USBC WBA / WWBA members who have shown outstanding contributions through her involvement in various functions of the state.
Anyone may submit nominations in either of the two categories. Nominations are reviewed by the WS USBC WBA Hall of Fame committee and final selections are made by the WS USBC WBA Board of Directors. Nomination forms may be obtained from the WS USBC WBA office.
If you are interested in submitting the name of a candidate for the WS USBC WBA Hall of Fame, please read the qualifications, download the appropriate nomination forms here, and return completed forms no later than August 1 to:

A WS USBC WBA member may submit nominations in either of the two categories-Superior Performance or Meritorious Service. Nominees may be from your own local bowling association or any other local bowling association in the WS USBC WBA. Nominations are received by the WS USBC WBA Hall of Fame selection committee and final selections are made.
A WS USBC WBA board member shall not be eligible for consideration to the Meritorious category of the Hall of Fame while she is serving on the board.
Information submitted for persons not selected will be kept in the committee’s active file for 5 years. This means nominees will automatically be reconsidered annually and it will not be necessary to submit new nomination forms annually. It will be the responsibility of the nominator to provide WS USBC WBA with any additional information on a yearly basis.
