Jeannette Knepprath Scholarship (JKS) ![]() Jeanette Knepprath The Wisconsin State USBC Women’s Bowling Association are offering ten (10) $1000.00 scholarships for 2012 to graduating girls and boys in good standing as youth bowlers. Our local phone numbers are: (920) 406-2695 phone or (800)-660-9655 2011 Jeannette Knepprath Scholarship Recipients Adam Biba, Waupaca, WI, son of Greg and Dawn Biba, graduated from Waupaca High School where he was a member of the National Honor Society and the Waupaca International Cultural Exchange Committee. He has been a member of USBC for ten years. Adam plans to attend Columbia College in Chicago. Aaron Clark, Weston, WI, son of Ronald and Suzette Clark graduated from D.C. Everest High School. Aaron was a member of the Junior Gold and Vice-President of the D.C. Everest Fishing Club. He has been a member of USBC for four years. Aaron plans to attend UW-Whitewater and join the bowling team. Derek Kaat, Oregon, WI, son of Gary Kaat, graduated from Oregon High School where he was a member of the National Society of High School Scholars and the Pyrotechnics Guild International. He has been a member of USBC for seven years. Derek plans to attend UW-Eau Claire and bowl at the collegiate level. Kaylee Koyen, Sun Prairie, WI, daughter of Chris Koyen, graduated from Sun Prairie High School. Kaylee has been a member of USBC for nine years. She plans to attend Minnesota State University where she hopes to join the bowling club. Jake Kuklinski, Appleton, WI, son of Susan Kuklinski, graduated from Appleton East High School where he was captain of the bowling team. He is also a member of the WI State Golf Association and the United States Golf Association. Jake has been a member of USBC for 11 years. He plans to attend Clarke University in Dubuque, Iowa where he hopes to participate on the bowling and golf teams. Brad O’Connell, Schofield, WI, son of Dawn Kluever, graduated from D.C. Everest High School where he was on the varsity football team and the Leadership Program. Brad was also the Weston Lanes Youth President and has his brown belt in Taekwondo. Brad was a member of USBC for ten years. Brad plans to attend Viterbo College or Ripon College. Christopher Roerdink, Oostburg, WI, son of Dan Roerdink, graduated from Oostburg High School. He was a member of USBC for nine years. Christopher plans to attend UW-Sheboygan. Jennifer Rogers, Menomonie, WI, daughter of Jeffrey Rogers, graduated from Menomonie High School where she was Vice-President and Historian of the FFA. She was a member of USBC for ten years. Jennifer has been accepted at a few colleges and is undecided which to attend. |
