So, the common worker has some basic federal and state labor rights, but not enough to protect the little guy.
Help change that by start learning who and sharing with your local, state and federal representatives. Remember it's WE THE PEOPLE, it's time to remind them exactly who the people are!
Do you have ideas about future legistlation ? That "at-will" employment law bite you in the butt? Want to see it changed? Should businesses be allowed to violate labor laws and still recieves tax breaks? Do you have some other ideas? Send them to us..and let's start giving power back to the people!

I can also advise you on how to keep a well documented paper trail - Any help I do give is voluntary - I do not believe in making money off other people's suffering injustice! As far as I am concerned that's double victimization.. And quite frankly disgusting!
So then why is this site up??!! Because I was raised by a remarkable man, my father. Who taught me to help other's because it's the right thing to do, not because of financial gain! My father faught for the rights (labor rights) for many of a person...he did so willingly and proud. I intend to carry on his spirit! It's my lifetime memorial to him!
Recently, we have been approached on to where people can send donations to keep this site up and growing. This site and all the work that goes in to is voluntary. The only overhead to run this site is time.
Rather than donations (we will not accept them) we ask that you become active and inform others that they have legal rights!! PAY IT FORWARD!
