Half-SAIYAN RACE:
Since the Saiyan race has been multiplying so quickly and most of the first saiyans died of old age, the Saiyan race has been ruled by half breeds.Even though they cannot go to their highest potential because they are Half-Saiyans, they cant reach all Saiyan levels.
