 Become a Student
Literacy Volunteers of Marion County provides free, confidential tutoring to children and adults in virtually all disciplines of study.
Tutoring is FREE and available to anyone who:
is willing to work with a tutor for 1 to 2 hours each week,
will meet at the literacy center or a similar approved public place,
is able to get to that public place on their own.
To become a student please call our office. We will set up a confidential interview for you to determine how we may be of service to you. If we are unable to accomodate you, we will try our best to refer you to a separate program that may be able to provide the needed service(s).
