In mid-2004, the LVEP took over operation of Open Door Literacy Council in Charles Town. The program is now governed by the LVEP Board of Directors. LVEP handles all monies, grants, and expenses.
The office and tutoring space is located in the Community Ministries building at 238 West Washington Street, Charles Town.
We are offering open-enrollment ESL classes each Tuesday and Thursday from 6 to 8 PM. If English is your second language, PLEASE join us to help improve your English-language skills.
