Scenes from 2nd Annual Quad-County Poker Run
June 9, 2007

Our second attempt at a Poker Run was successful! We gave away a 1st Place trophy and $50 to the winning poker hand of a Full House-"9s over 6s" to Mike Henthorne. A $25 dollar gift card, donated by Hank's Place in Powhatan Point, was given to the 2nd place poker hand of another Boat-"9s over 3s" to Bob Pyles. The worst hand of 2,3,5,7 and 9 was held by Pat Brown of Reader. He was given a special trophy to commemorate his "crappy" hand. The trophy was handmade by Mike Mitchell. Having his name drawn as the winner of the 50/50 drawing netted Caleb Palmer $152.50. We also were successful with our Harley-Davidson raffle. Wilbur Dawson, Jr. of Reader was the winner of a 2007 1200cc Sportster from B & B Harley in Nutter Fort, WV. The 2nd place raffle winner was Rick Riggleman, who won $500. We had lots of entrants in the rodeo games and the photos below show the winners of the games.
