Paul Miller
Director/Choreographer

Paul Miller has a combined history of 17 years of color guard and winter guard experience. He has instructed many award winning guards including South Charleston High School, Hurricane High School and Marshall University Marching Thunder Color Guard. Paul is also an experienced color guard adjudicator judging many festivals throughout the area. Paul has a sincere desire to advance the winter guard activity in the state of West Virginia. Jason Meadows
Director/Choreographer

Jason Meadows has been instucting color guards for 16 years. He has worked with guards such as Portsmouth East High School in Ohio, Greenup County High School in Kentucky, Asheville High School in North Carolina, and Wayne High School in West Virginia. Jason is currently the color guard instructor at Sissonville High School. Maurica Richardson
Weapons Choreographer/Technician

Maurica Richardson is currently the Choreographer/Instructor for the Marshall University Marching Thunder Color Guard, Huntington, WV, Choreographer/Instructor for the Huntington High School Color Guard, Huntington, WV, and the Choreographer for the South Charleston High School Color Guard, South Charleston, WV. She has a combined history of 12 years of color guard and winter guard experience. After marching scholastic guard at the junior and senior high level, Maurica marched five years with the Marshall University Marching Thunder Color Guard, Huntington, WV. She was captain of the Marching Thunder Color Guard for three years, two of those years she also served as their choreographer. Maurica has also marched with Capital Regiment Drum and Bugle Corps, Columbus, Ohio, and Expressions Winter Guard, Winchester, Kentucky. Maurica has been the color guard instructor at Paul Blazer High School in Ashland, Kentucky, and the weapons technician for Hurricane High School in Hurricane, WV.
