Artist Bruce Bowersock is heading the Saturday Afternoon Figure drawing Class at the Renaissance Gallery.

This class runs for 8 weeks, and features a live model. New session will begin January 9th, 2010. Space is limited. Interested artists should contact the gallery.

Each spring and fall, the Renaissance Gallery offers many art classes, adult and student levels, such as a much sought after figure drawing class.

Live drawing is the best way to sharpen your skills in both drawing and observation.

Many accomplished artists attend this class as well as beginning students.

Gary Taylor must rush to capture the

Class starts with a warm-up session for both the model and artists. This included a timed session for gesture drawing.

Students Florence Lovett & David Schwenker
work hard to get it down before the pose is over.
