Welcome to BSA Troop 40
Welcome to the New website of BSA Troop 40. Here you will be able to find upcoming events, pictures, and all sorts of other information that may be of help to the Scouts and Scouters of BSA Troop 40.
Troop 40 meets every Monday night at Simpson Creek Baptist Church in Bridgeport, WV. For information on joining our troop e-mail Scoutmaster Dave Brewer at: noeadd@yahoo.com
This is where we will have important announcements about the troop. Check back often to get updates.
This year Troop 40 sent about 30 people (15 boys, 15 adults) to the annual Klondike Derby at Camp Mahonegon. While we did not come home with a win, a good time was still had by all.
This summer the troop will be going to Camp Freedom, a part of the Heritage Scout Reservation of the Greater Pittsburg Council. The dates at June 15th - June 21st.
