Scoutmaster: No report

Secretary: Position Unfilled

Outdoor Coordinator: D. Brewer and D. Curry are in the process of finding possible summer camps for next 2012. We will invite the Webelos II from Pack 39 to the October campout.

Treasurer: Popcorn sale has begun. Chili Feed is scheduled for February 18, 2012. November 6, Great Hour of Giving Tickets are available through J. Yeater. This is an easy fundraiser for the troop and the more pre-sales we have the better chance we can man a door at the mall. Tickets are $5 which is all profit for the troop. Only adults can sell these tickets. Food Fresh is paid to date. Troop funds are low.

Advancement Coordinator: Marek has transitioned in to advancement coord. He is coordinating adult leaders and parents to help with Advancement groups.

Chaplain: Position Not filled

Training Coordinator: No Report

Equipment Coordinator: No Report

Old Business: Was discussed to assign tents and patrol boxes to patrols for campouts. Documenting cleanliness and who takes the tents home to dry out. Some tents don't get returned in a timely manner then are forgotten. It was mentioned that Quartmasters need to be present when equipment is needed by patrols and the QM needs to sign it out to individuals. Also discussed that scouts should not be running outside the building during meetings or in parking lot during pickup. We ask parents to come inside to pick up their scout. Mr. Brewer wanted to do a clean up project along Simpson Creek. We have no information on this project at this time.

New Business: COH on December 12, Pack 39 invites us to participate in the Veteran's Parade and Christmas parade with them. November 10 will be the next Committee meeting.
