Vertigo is Huntington's Premier Independent A Class Winter Guard!

Vertigo Winter Guard is an independent winter guard located in Huntington, West Virginia. Vertigo is a member of Winter Guard International, and a member of the TriState Circuit for the 2012 season. Most of our members attend Marshall University and participate in fall guard with the Marshall University Marching Thunder, however, Vertigo membership is open to anyone 14-22 years of age with dance, flag, saber or rifle experience. All levels of ability are welcome to audition.

Vertigo is under the direction of Maurica Richardson, Marshall University Marching Thunder Color Guard Instructor/Choreographer and Marcus Daniels, Marshall University Marching Thunder Auxiliary Coordinator 1997-2004. Since there are only a few winter guards that exist in the entire state of West Virginia, Vertigo is proud to be able to bring this opportunity to the youth of our area.
