1. Fundraiser Due
   Please return the top copy of the order form (white copy) and ONE CHECK to Casper Children's Chorale this Tuesday in the collection envelope provided.  The original order forms will be returned with your product.  Make sure you put your name on the envelope!  NO CASH!!!
   You can still shop at www.orgsites.com/wy/ caspersings/index.html (or THE CORNER STORE at www.EZfundraisers4U.com )   Orders placed here earn money for the Children's Chorale general fund.
   Pick-up will be crucial, since many items are frozen.  We will notify you when orders arrive, and general pick-up will be at St. Mark's parking lot.
2. TRIP
   Many of you have expressed preferences for Salt Lake City activities.  The entire Chorale will go to the zoo, sing at the University of Utah for adjudication, eat at the Spaghetti Factory, and go to Trolley Square.  All late afternoon activities are the choice of individual chaperone groups.  Chaperones will have lots of time to decide this in advance, and we will allow groups to mix during this time to facilitate individual interests.
   On each Chorale trip, we make museum or historical opportunities available to our students.  When you are communicating with your child's school, be sure to let teachers know our agenda.  Sometimes our trip actually enhances the curriculum!
   At this time, our initial estimate of $250 is right on (thanks to a large donation for busing from the McMurry Foundation!!).  And, yes, I have given you mixed messages about due date (actually found two dates in the handbook…..blaming my proofreader….me).  So, February 8th is the new due date for final trip payment.  (But fundraiser is due the 1st!).
3. Tuesday (4:00) and Thursday (5:30-7:00) rehearsal this week.
4. We now have enough drivers for Church Tour, but still need homes for Colorado Children's Chorale.  Thank you!
5. Board Meeting this Tuesday after Chorale.
